It’s beyond impossible to get your vehicle without a 20 min wait. The system is just so tiring and dumb.

I pay for monthly parking in this lot. The parking lot is over crowded and it takes about 20 mins to remove my car. The staff is very greedy and they keep asking for money over the parking fee I pay every month. If you don’t pay them they purposely park rickshaws and other cars in front of you so that it takes you longer to get out and at times damage the car as well by putting scratches etc. The staircase is filthy with empty alcohol bottles and cigarette buds and paan on the walls. I don’t really have a choice and that’s why I use this parking but MMRDA really needs to look into this.
