I have been buying my spectacles and lenses from eye world and they have Very good staff and service. The Person checking the vision does a very good job and Firoz is very helpful and polite. they will notify you when the glasses are ready so you don't have to keep following up. worth recommending and will of course go back to shop for me.

I have gotten a few prescription glasses and sunglasses from Eye World Optics and their service from start to finish was absolutely amazing. They were very flexible with pick-up dates. The glasses themselves are high quality and there is a good range of styles and brands to choose from. The price range is varied, so you’ll definitely find something. Special mention to Mr Firoz who is always super helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

During my last visit to Mumbai this April ; I had the best customer service experience at Eye World Optics ( Bandra W) in getting my reading glasses done.

This time around I need extra pairs so I called from overseas and spoke to Mr. Feroz about my requirements . He was gracious over the phone and followed up my enquiry in minutes through WhatsApp and within a day I had 2 new sets of glasses.

He showed confidence and trust in spite of my inability to make any advance payments . Great customer service ; value and quality . I highly recommend their services
