I have been a Kaya customer from the last 13 years but the recent facial was the best I have ever received and the credit goes to Ashwini Pawar. She is so energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated which reflected clearly in the service I had. She has amazing customer service skills and from the beginning of the service she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is excellent at her job as she gave me a great clean up followed by a brilliant and perfect massage which made me feel rejuvenated instantly. Throughout the service she made sure I get the best service which I did and hence taking out time to write this review to appreciate her efforts. I have this feeling of receiving a genuine from the heart service, truly making me glow from the inside out.

I took a package of 12 facials ar kaya clinic infiniti malad.. To specially mention Rupal, swati, poonam, ashwini are really great. They attend there customers really in a very positive way and try there best to give correct advice and best of services. However now comes the worst part of experience this time.I had been told lichen planus by one doctor sitting in this clinic earlier who now shifted to lucknow ( i don remember name) and she was very good in listening n trying to understand client pocket and give suggestions.

THE Current doctor at kaya clinic i got a q switch done in infiniti malad last week .. and she is in wat hurry i do not know she is hardly cared to comfort you first and do the service. She came as a robot and started doing and she left places whereever i used to react a little cause of discomfort .. this process i was doing for 3rd time .. the best was at Kaya clinic indra nagar bangalore and the doctor was just wonderful and she took time to talk to me understand problem and comforting me down so that i don feel pain.. But this doctor at infiniti malad is juat the worst experience and dpesn fit to be in a kaya clinic. She just wants the make money by increasing services and that too is rude to tell u and u get to know through reception ppl. Worst doctor experience:

I have been visiting Kaya Infinity Clinic since 2021. I love to visit this clinic because of the warm welcome of the staff, prompt service and my favourite member - ashwini pawar. She is a real gem. I book my appointment according to her availability. She has made me comfortable from the very beginning.
Ashwini also gives suggestions and help to understand other services which kaya offers.
I must say, Kaya is really lucky to have employee like Ashwini Pawar. Kudos to her!!!!
