Good quality food with worst quality managers and people working there. The kind of arrogance and attitude the manager has and the way he speaks is a shock to me. For a basic question like why there is no waffle cone.. he had the audacity to tell me i and my team r busy with other things so we dont have time to make waffle cones.. u want then eat in scoop or else your leave... i was shocked with this level of arrogance.. i know they have become a brand and they must be peoples favourite but nothing gives them a right to ill treat customers and be rude to them. If i had the owners number would ask him to make his staff go through some soft skills training to his manager and staff. I have put that arrogant mans picture for all to see.

THE BEST mango ice cream I’ve ever had in my entire life ???? Unlike typical ice creams that are very soft and melt easily, this is definitely premium quality (more firm) which is perfect in my opinion. Won’t go anywhere but here for ice cream when in Mumbai!

Gokul ice creams are really amazing in taste I tried their many flavours which were up to the mark their choco bite , choco almond was one the best ice cream to have in for chocolate lovers and even their shakes was too thick full Of nuts and chips . They even give the packaging done which stays up to hours so even if you are travelling you can still enjoy their amazing scoops of icecream and shrikhand
