I am fortunate and so grateful that i got to know about Dr Shyam sir. I was under his treatment for Major Depressive Disorder. I still remember the first day of treatment, he patiently listened to what i had to say, helped me clear every knots and thoughts that used to disturb me to a great extent. Throughout my journey Dr Shyam sir was the one who actually understood exactly what i was going through. Visiting him relieved half the stress.From the very first day i knew i was going to be fine and i am in great hands .He truly happen to be a light to my darkness and i mean this sincerely.
Before taking the treatment i felt what if i dont come out of it, what if i never heal
But as and when my treatment proceeded I believed more in the path of healing .A little information about the medication that i was put on were Voxitin and Sanzi. I was started with low dose and trust me these medications are super safe with very little side effects .In my case there were no side.
effects.I happen to see changes in me as when time passed getting more healed, more normal, more like the person who i was before.
Throughout my treatment he has been very motivating. Super thankful !!
And yes mental health is important as important as the physical health. It’s important that each one of us gives priority to it and not hesitate to go to the doctor when it comes to mental illness.
Lets normalise this journey of Mental illness —Mental wellness.

The Best Psychiatrist one can possibly go to. I am very fortunate to have received my treatment under Dr. Shyam Mithiya Sir for Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Panic Attacks from 2021-2022. Sir patiently listened to my entire situation and prescribed me very low - dose, non-addictive medication. He gives very reasonable and easy to follow solutions for every problem. With time, there was a gradual improvement in my symptoms and by 2023, I was completely cured. Now I am at peace and content. Sir takes regular Follow Ups to observe the graph of recovery. Medications are available at his clinic itself. He is truly the 'Krishna' of my Life who has changed my Outlook, perspective and made me a mentally healthier person today.

I am writing this review for the benefit and better clarity for the people who depend solely on reviews. Also, this review is only for marriage counseling and not for any other areas of expertise.
I visited the doctor for marriage counseling. The doctor explained that it was going to take time. The process was individual sessions, tests and finally jont session. I had 4 sessions with him and then my husband had 2. After that, my husband discontinued as he felt there was not much benefit. The doctor is polite and asks for the complete background, etc. However, he himself does not say much. Probably he would have after few more sessions. But in 4 sessions of 3.5 hrs I basically just talked about myself and my problems. In my previous experience when I visited counsellors for other reasons, they give some directions, advices on how to bring in some changes for small improvements. So after each session there is some takeaway, there is a ray of hope to see if it is working or not, which was missing here.
To sum up, if both partners are ready for a very long process, are patient and have enough time in hand it may or may not be successful. However, that is an ideal situation and I doubt that percentage of such people is high.
To give an idea about cost of counseling, fees is 5k per hour. So, cost is another factor to keep in mind as it may not be sustainable for prolonged duration.
