Once you have purchased the product they treat you like trash. Sizes are off. Exchange is a nightmate and the owner is rude and insulting. Wait for online sales. Don't purchase from this store.

This shop has to be the worst place to buy cotton clothes or anything for that matter in Bandra. The owner is an obese completely mannerless woman who has no tact and has no clue of how to conduct her self or talk politely. Overall you will find ZERO customer service here. The staff is bitchy, surly and just down right rude, they crowd the tiny shop,come in the way, show you things what are not your size and trick you in to buying it, and when you finally like something they don't even try to find your size in the garment.

Another thing you should be aware about if you go here is that : You cannot try on a single garment. There are no trial rooms etc. Clothes are as expensive as they are in any shop so there is absolutely no benefit of shopping here and the selection is better on road side stalls on linking Rd and hill rd.

Also this shop is VERY BADLY ORGANIZED all the clothes are absolutely mixed up when it comes to size so you have to HUNT through it all to find your size.
The sales girls are supposed to help you but they showed me stuff in size 14 instead of size 8 very confidently, and said I can buy it now and exchange it later if the size was not okay. And they have all sizes etc and it's not a problem.

I bought a few tops, nothing great, as the selection here is very average, and later I realised the one top I like most was size 14 or XXXL compared to a Small which is what I needed. I went back to the store (waste of time and energy) Within 20 mins of purchasing. And they say we don't have your size in this, it's only one piece that is available!!! The sales people are supposed to show you what they have in your size!!! They didn't allow me to even look at certain tops when I was there saying "it's not your size" very very very rudely. And then they provided me with a garment which is 4 times bigger than what I need.

I had liked a few other things in the shop but didn't buy it thinking Incase the few tops I had bought didn't fit I could swap them out. I made the mistake of telling their sales girl this. So she deliberately HID the garments I had selected as back up even though I came back within 20 mins to exchange my ill fitting clothes. And pretended someone else bought them!! And no I am not joking! It was so childish.

Then the owner refused to help saying someone came and bought exactly what I liked 5 mins ago. If you saw the heaps of clothes that lie in this shop day after day you would understand me when I say this: no one touches anything this shop - stuff lies here for weeks exactly the same way in the same place, though they refuse to order and Organize their shop by size of garment!. I find it hard to believe all the stuff I wanted suddenly vanished in 5 mins and exactly in the size I wanted it. Loads of it was under other clothes and hidden from view, I had dug through their racks and piles and found stuff. Nothing on top of these piles had moved but only the stuff I had seen at the bottom. Unbelievable.

They were SO TERRIBLY UNGELPFUL AND RUDE I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVEN IF I WAS PAID TO.

Disgusting attitude, especially the owners, who swore and shouted at me after I told her how poorly run her store was instead of apologising for selling me the wrong size clothes or offering to exchange them or do anything she had the audacity to yell at me and my mother. Wow. This is the first shop I've seen in Mumbai where the management was even worse than the employees.

I would give this place even less than one star.

Very bad customer services and terrible exchange policies. Please don't go there. You'll get much better stuff on hill road with more polite people to deal with
