A family member went here for an USG full abdomen. Dr. Amal Parikh missed two very large kidney stones (one 15mm and the other 10mm) and a smaller kidney stone (5mm) on the kidney scan. He also missed the findings of urothelial/bladder wall thickening which was evident on a scan done someplace else. I told my relative to go back to the center and bring these mistakes to his attention, to which he re-scanned the kidneys and changed the report a few days later.
This is gross medical negligence and it is absolutely outrageous!!
How are they even running this practice??
I'm so glad my relative got her other scans done at another place which diagnosed the large kidney stones.
I would not recommend this center if you want accurate diagnoses. I wish I could give it negative stars for missing such important diagnostic findings. Please go somewhere else if you care about being diagnosed and treated at the right time!

The receptionist was very arrogant in her manner of handling the clients. The person conducting the ecg didn't seem professional at all. And the doctor who signed the report (Dr vaswani) was in a hurry to leave for the day without properly explaining the details of the findings. Felt it was a complete waste of my time and money

Please do not visit Aastha Diagnostic Centre. The staff thinks no end to themselves. Extremely rude and arrogant. They don't entertain emergency sonography or x-ray and expect you to take an appointment however urgent your problem is. They don't let you even help your own relative into the cabin. There's an old man at the entrance who has absolutely no decency on how to talk with respect. Absolute mismanagement and rude staff with no customer service at all. They need to know a thing or two about treating patients nicely. They lost a valuable patient, never bringing anyone here again. It's shameful and disgusting that one has to go through especially in such difficult times of Covid.
