Here you get the kind of training that you fall in love with .The trainers here are really fit, always working on themselves and more on us , they say it's semi personal training but everyone is observed closely , you do one wrong rep and someone instantly corrects you !!. From being able to do 2 body weight pull ups to doing +20kg weighted pull ups in a month I see my progess going good , this place has so much life do join in the fun !!

Initially, I thought may be this is a best calisthenics park in mumbai for BOYS when I saw the crazy freestyling session after which I couldn't control myself and joined them. There were other girls too. That was a great decision of mine. Everyone gets training according to their convinience. They call themselves semi personal trainers. But they pay attention to everyone as if they are personal trainers. Found a better way than gym to tranform aurselves and stay fit. apart from that working out in an open place under a clear sky adds a great and positive vibe to us. The boys has taken an initiative to provide us with such a wonderful place and made it easy for us to feel the vibe.
