Be strong fitness gym

I have been going to this gym since 2021, it has good enough space with a different section for crossfit training. They have really good trainers. They also have a female trainer. The gym’s environment is really comfortable for females if that is the concern for women out there. The female trainer will make sure that you feel comfortable. I would rate the gym a 5/5 for keeping it clean, hygiene and for best offers. They also arrange activities for women on women’s day to motivate them.

One of the best gym in Mira Road. All required equipment is available in Be Strong. The gym is also kept neat and clean. All gym trainers are supportive. Specially Bhusan sir, he is one of the best trainer in Be Strong. Highly recommended to take PT from him.

Amazing experience. The best place to do workout with. I’ve been taking training from bhushan sir and never felt better. I highly recommend bestrong gym if you’re ever thinking of working with a Personal Trainer!!!
