Terrible service, no customer support and no sense of responsibility! I visited this shop with my family two weeks ago. Store staff didn’t seem interested in attending us. We kept waiting for over 15 min while their staff was just sitting around and chatting. Somehow, somebody decided to attend us. We bought two dresses from this store. Their tailor took measurements for dress alteration. However, when I received the dresses, one was too tight (I had to remove the additional stitches) while other was too loose (I had to put extra stitches). Very incompetent staff.

I wore one of the dresses for few hours and its pant was ripped (such a tragedy to be :( in the middle of a very important function). When asked, store declined to repair/change it. They don’t want to take responsibility for the things they sell. They don’t offer quality customer service. Think twice before you decide to visit and buy from Banaras Saree Center at Aurangabad, Jalna road.

Edit: After some (heated) discussions, the store manager agreed to give a new pant for my dress. Only if the manager had agreed for this exchange earlier, our experience wouldn’t have been so bitter.

This shop is my wife’s favorite. Great traditional options in decent price range. Colorful and great quality cloth! Manisha mam helped us multiple times.

Collection is very good. You will great quality stuff under your budget. Best shop for wedding shopping. Staff is really really helpful and Manisha didi very kind and comforting
