If you want to eat at Hotel restaurant, you need plenty of time. I had issue in billing, already paid bill added to final bill. You can stay here, and remind Hotel operators for all requirements in between or all the time. Manager level staff is humble and ready to help, as many many trainee employees.

Booked room looking at the swimming pool and guess what encountered Dirtiest swimming pool ever, pool was certainly not cleaned for month, could literally see water turned green.
Was completely disappointed .
Incomplete information regarding amenities,
Rooms are good,
Room service is way too late.
Took freaking 1 hour to serve water bottles in the room,
Don’t expect much if you are visiting for leisure.
AC not working properly
Asked to fixed it but staff was unhelpful and reluctant towards fixing problem.
I Would certainly not recommend this property to anyone.

Surprising to see poor service despite so many reviews about it. Shows the carelessness of the hotel staff and they don't even respond properly if they are told about it. Making your pricing high doesn't determine the class of your restaurant. Inform after atleast 10 minutes of the order that the order will be late. Took a complete hour to bring the first dish. Disappointing and will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.
