Get check in at 10:30 instead of 10 am in the morning. Room was untidy, stinking bed sheets. Water does not come at taps in the morning. Called at reception, no one picks up. On reaching there no one was present. They falsely said that motor is only however, water came at 11:00 AM . AC was not working even after booking AC rooms. Cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. Not provided with drinking water. Staff were non-cooperative. It is highly recommended not to visit this hotel, it will definitely ruin your tour to Mahakal Nagri.

Worst ever hotel I have ever stayed in my 5 years of travelling experience.

Person at reception is not corporative, hotel is not up to the mark and rooms are very small, toilet was very dirty and unhygienic, a lot of issue with respect to hot water, staff does not respond.

Laundry like towels abd bedsheets were very dirty and there were even bugs and insects in bathroom. Wifi never work in room it only works in reception area

They mention less prize during checkin and charge more while checking out.
The only good point about the hotel was its location was very near to temple.

Overall, Very bad experience and highly not recommended.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. They claim they are cheapest and best but they are not. Hotel Satyug and hotel Nandi are other options in same range with good rooms and same location.
Satyam Inn Worst hotel, worst rooms, worst facility. I went with family and they gave me zero service. Rooms were very small. AC not working. Hot water not working. Washroom Doors making weird sound and not closing. They dnt provide room service at all. We ordered tea for 5times and waited for one hour but no service provided. Location is nearby Mahakal temple but other hotels are also there with good rooms and services. We checked out on day one and booked another hotel.
