Coordination was good but there was a major problem lying. There were squirrel in a/c. But after complaining to staff, he replied with rude behavior. Soon some men were called and squirrels were safely rescued. And then we were shifted to another room where there was no air ventilation cuz it was an a/c room. Please take care of all the rooms. And rates were also high but according to rates facilities were too poor. In 1st room there was squirrel problem and then in 2nd room no air ventilation and also bathroom door was broken. But their guidance was very good I appreciate it????

Good and polite behaviour of the night manager . Best rest room suited for family. Clean and safe room under cctv monitoring. Hot water is also available, walkable distance to Ujjain Mahakal Mandir .

very bad experience but no room at ujain so stayed in the name of check out time they r looting i reached 17-12 at 9 pm and left 18-12- 7 pm not even 24 hours but they charged for two days
