Right now we are staying in this hotel, service needs lot of improvement. i.e. Pool is for all residents but they say for serving tea it's a private place, not understand. I guess rules are for the convenience of the guests. Property is nice. Rooms are clean but the room service is dead slow.

We left Indore to travel to Bhopal with family and called in to check if our 2 kind bed rooms would be ready a bit ahead of the usual check-in times. The staff agreed to adjust our check-in request and said they would make sure to have them ready by noon. So instead of going to tourist attractions, we arrived directly at the hotel at 1pm and the rooms were not ready. We waited for about 30 mins and the rooms were still not ready. The staff asked if we would be ok to have a 2 single bed room for now since it was taking longer. We agreed to take it temporarily hoping to swap the rooms later for the ones requested.
After checking in and refreshed, we went for the jahanuma buffet and other city tours. Coming back to the hotel at night, the staff said they didn't have any king size rooms left which we had booked specifically. After a lot of back and forth they somehow gave us 1 king size bedroom. But we had to compromise and get another room with 2 single beds. The king bedroom did have a mould problem in the bathroom and smelled bad, but we managed.
The rest of the service and stay was alright.

Wonderful ambience and open air seating. The food is great quantity wise as well as taste wise. Excellent view from the hotel.
