Not a good experience. I reached little early and I was denied early checking even though rooms were available. Staff demanded 1000 Rs extra for early checking. No hospitality or customer satisfaction is their priority.

When I was visite before COVID-19 that time the rooms , the service,the food are excellent ????,but after COVID when he start the hotels and marriage function the service n the food is not good , i am not happy with all these

The rooms are Ok but the staff are not good as we have to take care of our products I have lost my headphone. and when I asked the manager he said we haven't found anything.
