Hotel Amer Palace Bhopal

I stayed two days at Hotel Amer Palace (one night in a standard and the other in a deluxe room). And here is my honest review -

Positives+++
1. Very friendly staff (Hotel is lucky to have such excellent staff, everyone from the reception to all the room services)
2. Excellent location - just at the heart of the central business district

Negatives ----
1. It's a run-down hotel not at all worth to stay - the rooms need an urgent renovation. All the bathroom fittings are broken, and bathroom hygiene is a big issue; it is not suitable for health - it feels like rooms are never taken care of in the last 50 years.

My advice -
1. If you are ready to pay a hefty price for this hotel, you better look for a new/ renovated hotel.
2. And if you have to stay - take your own bedsheets, towels, and blanket; the ones provided are pretty old with stains marks (again hygine and your health)

I am forced to give 1 star; all five stars to the hotel staff and amazing people who are doing their best for the hotel;
and (-) five stars to the hotel - rooms, hygiene, quality of stay

The ambience, food, and hotel staff... All the things make this place a perfect place to stay, done and hang around. People here... Go the extra mile just to accommodate your needs and wishes. Anyone who is coming to bhopal should surely visit this place.

Too old linen and towels. The same linen n washroom quality which i saw 15 yrs before. Mattresses are i think same which i saw 15 yrs before.
Location of hotel is very prime. Restaurant food is gud.
