My mother cataract operation done here. Very hightech facility, very good behaviour of Dr and all staff specially Dr Ganesh pillay sir. He did a great job. Best eye hospital in bhopal. Highly recommended. I have consulted many doctors from Chennai and chitrakoot and all suggested that the operation was complicated. But Dr Ganesh sir had explained everything so well to my mother that she was quite convinced to go for the surgery . The procedure went smooth and today I am able to say that coming to ASG bhopal has been worth every penny to me. Thanks to Dr Ganesh sir....kindly keep up .

Excellent service we get from ASG eye hospital for my grandfather operation. Dr Ganesh pillay is awesome doing very well my grandfather very happy after the operation. Priority check for senior citizens is best . We thankful

I am rating this hospital on basis of cleanliness and patient management. (Not disease management).

1. As you will be able to see in photos there was no soap in washroom to wash hands. But there is a note guiding/recommending to wash hands and stay healthy(visible in pic).
2.There was no tissues to dry hands.
3. Washroom and dustbin were dirty.
4. There were no glasses to drink water and used glasses were scattered on top of water dispenser.
5. No staff was present at registration desk, we were kind of lost for a second where to go? Is there a requirement for registration if you already have appointment.
6. When the staff arrived, Staff was rude, receptionist who did patient registration was rude in responses about any questions. Not welcoming at all.

Would add more to this review after few days based on treatment and results.
