Worst courier service that i have seen, each time they break their own record of bad service. :/ I wish i could shoot these people.

Worst courier service ever. They will mislead you about the dates that they would deliver the courier. Trust me, they wouldn't even make sure it reaches the destination office by then. The online status of the order takes forever to update the current location of the courier. They won't take your calls, they just won't take them. Employees don't enter the office before 11:15 am any day. They won't also cooperate or help you regarding anything. This is the first and the LAST time, I've ever booked a courier with Aramex. I wish I could give negative stars instead of 1. Please NEVER consider this delivery facility.

I wish I could rate it in NEGATIVE. Very unprofessional. Without even bothering to deliver to the address they update on their site as Incorrect or Incomplete Address !!!! Right from the courier boy to office staff to branch manager are equally incompetent and inefficient. Hardly bothered about any service.Would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Just STAY AWAY from Aramex.
