Tairf mall is location in Payyanangadi, Tirur, .they are still working on expanding the mall and it literally will be a shopping village when completed. .but parking as we knew it will not be as fast as it used to be as they are rearranging all parking areas and have eliminated many parking spots...always best to try and go with one car and a few friends...eating options are now contained in one area and newer choices have been added...as well as more stores. International and Domestic brand company products available.

Three multiplex theatre is coming in this mall. Food courts in 9000 square feet, offering ,game zone ,international brand and indian brand shops

New mall in tirur city less shops . But more parking place . Not under ground parking. Lift facility and escalater facilities are available
