They just act as an end point for Amazon in Payyanangadi. My place is in Thalakadathur which is 2 km far from the place. They can't even deliver to my location. Also had a bitter experience with them once they changed status to delivered and didn't deliver for more than two weeks that also after authorities from Amazon contacted them. The delivery guy even made up a story that it was delivered to near by shop and convince the shop worker say that it was delivered. But next day even before the shop was opened the delivery guy came and handed over the package means the package was there at their shop itself.
The only positive thing is that Amazon gets things at least 2 km from my place.

Amazon service team told the transportation guys will deliver the item to you and you don't need to go there and pick it up. I order five items on 3rd December, one item was coming through amazon transportation and other through delhivery. I got all the item from delhivery at my house. Amazon transportation guy told to come there and pick and they won't deliver the item at house. I complaint and the service guy confirmed I don't have to go there to pick it up. They returned the item saying the customer rejected the item!! Then again contacting customer care they asked to make another fast delivery order for the same product and did and the product was reached the Amazon transportation center after two days. They called and told the same that they wouldn't come , if I don't go there, they will sent it back and they did. At least they are true to their words unlike the service representatives. The service guy suggested to make another order and I said it's enough. I ll no longer buy anything through amazon until they take proper action against these goons.

My suggestion to other similar customers here is that, they should make complaint regarding this insisting them to deliver to house. Amazon service guys doesn't know much about the things going on in the transportation area. That is being exploited by the transportation idiots.

If I could give a -5 star I would. This courier facility guarantees non delivery of your Amazon product. Yeh, you read it right. If you want the product you have goto the facility and get it. Oh oh and one more , you never know when your product has reached Tirur because they never reach you either. If you really lucky and has all the planets aligned you may get the package ????. Good luck ????. Okay now seriously get a life you guys, if you can’t deliver products why do you even has a delivery centre ?

Terrible courier service.If they don't want to run this service better find some other job and get a life. Don't cheat the customers saying "Free Home Delivery". They never ever deliver the packages to your home.Even my home is just 3km away from their warehouse,still the refuse to deliver.
