I had the pleasure of working with Dr.Shinoj (TIMS) and his team to address my posture-related concerns, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr.Shinoj took the time to thoroughly examine my posture and performed a range of motion tests to identify any areas of weakness or imbalance and was able to explain the specific issues I was facing in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me understand the root cause of my problems.

They utilized a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, laser treatment, targeted exercises, and postural correction techniques, to address my specific needs. Not only did I experience significant improvements in my posture, but I also noticed a reduction in associated discomfort and pain

Furthermore, Dr.Shinoj and his team maintained a friendly and supportive demeanor, creating a comfortable environment that facilitated open communication and trust.

Overall, I highly recommend TIMS to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

To be honest the first time I visited TIMS, I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous decade my severe neck pain had been treated by a number of doctors both Allopathy & Ayurveda and close to a dozen physiotherapists without success.

Dr.Shinoj & his team made me feel as though something could be done from day one, they were right!

After so many years of pain, I can now go through life relatively pain free; I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible.

Great Team of staff with excellent knowledge, care and professionalism.

I would definitely recommend TIMs to anybody I know who has chronic neck problem.

One of the best physiotherapy centre in Trivandrum. This center having Professionally qualified therapists, well behaved staff, parking facility etc.
