These 5 stars are for the staff who attend us. as we were in a hurry, we missed to ask his name. we had a wonderful experience shopping here.
it was around 9pm and we were there to get a couple watch for a friend. we were guided in the most pleasing and experienced way by the staff and the selection happened within seconds.
As we were randomly checking out some other collections, the staff was packing our watch. he noticed that the needle was a bit loose, and he made sure to inform us about it. as the mechanic was not there, we couldn't get it fixed. and that was the only piece left.
the staff quickly called his boss and checked if they had another stock. within few minutes, the owner itself arrived with a fresh piece.
we were so happy that we didn't have to compromise on our choice.
