Great experience at the store at lulu mall. The collections are very dainty and elegant, and suited for everyone. Mr Sreejith from the store gave us amazing service, and showed us collections to pick as well. Highly recommend especially for youngsters and people wanting elegant, modern and timeless jewellery.

Being a customer of Mia Tanishq, I never had to go to another jeweler in search of a lightweight collection. No need to say about Customer care which is beyond doubt and could feel the credibility of the name TATA.
I love to share an experience that I had recently with Tanishq/Mia.
At the beginning of August 2023, a call came from Mia Showroom which is located at Trivandrum It was an offer for visiting Tanishq factory on 10th of August. The content of the phone call was that there is an opportunity for a couple to visit Tanishq factory which is located at Hosur, Bangaluru. After the telecall, I felt that it is a must visit spot by TATA in Hosur. Due to the busy schedule of my husband, he told that he is not in a position to accompany me and told me to proceed by myself. But there were several doubts about the trip. All the doubts regarding the trip were clearly addressed by the manager of Mia, Mr.Sreejith He convinced me that everything is the responsibility of the Tata company from the the time of departure till the time of arrival. Being a lady, I was a little bit afraid to proceed alone with the tour plan. Moreover, that was my first travel in flight without any family members. Finally I decided to go alone. This was only because of the trust I got from Sri. Sreejith and Crue.
The journey started from Trivandrum Airport at 11.45 am on 9th August. Landed at Bangalore Airport in the afternoon. The taxi was waiting to receive me. After a 2.30 hours journey by road, we reached Hosur. Checked in the hotel booked for me. Dinner and breakfast were already arranged by Titan Company at the hotel.
The traveller arrived on the 10th morning as already intimated to pick up from the hotel. Few others from various parts of India like Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Chennai and Goa were also there in the hotel for a factory visit. We were transported from the hotel to the factory. Finally we reached the awaited Titan Factory. Someone from the side of the company was there to receive us. It was very warm and welcoming reception. After that, everyone gave us the necessary directions regarding dos and don'ts. Through the conference hall, we went straight to the factory. As a measure of security, Overcoats were provided, our slippers changed, and luggage was stored in separate lockers with lock and key.
Then Started visiting the factory with a guide. Starting from gold melting, each process was shown and explained and it was a good opportunity to experience pure gold by touching and taking it. Even they had given 25 kg, 40 kg gold bloks to hold. Every process of gold is happening right in front of our eyes. It was a very good experience to see and understand everything about manpower and machine power and to ask and understand every doubt and interact with the staff.
If you are looking for a good jewellery store with nothing to hide, Tanishq is definitely your choice. If you are looking for a good jewellery store, where everything is done right in front of the customer, including understanding the diamond setting and designing, I think it is better to go for Tanishq.
I think those who are interested can contact Titan company for a factory visit. It is worth during your life time.
It was a mind-blowing experience. In the afternoon lunch was prepared and provided in the company itself.
At the end of the day, a beautiful jewelry box was given on behalf of Thanisq as a token of love.
From the hotel, the company had arranged cab for Bangaluru Airport. Arrived back safely at Thiruvananthapuram Airport at 6.30 on the 10 th evening. Periodical tracking call was there from Trivandrum Mia showroom for each and every help. I feel the responsibility of the company to assist me and to make sure that I am safe until I reached my hometown Trivandrum.
After the Tanishq factory visit, the only thing I would definitely suggest to everyone that I know is that whatever you buy, be it a gold or a diamond, it should be from Tanishq Mia with 100% trust.
