I had a heart warming experience from here when I placed my phone which I currently using was ranover by my bike -in 2019 -and got crushed, was brought to the service centre for the repair. I got it within a week time and till now it is in perfect condition. Even though it costs me a good amount, the service and delivery was excellent.

A very pathetic and horrible experience. I took my S10 plus for a display replacement and the technician said even if it's display replacement there might be other issues and back screen can be broken while replacing the display. I wonder how Samsung authorizes these kinda service centers who says other parts can be broken when display is being replaced. This shows the technician is not trained and qualified to repair a Samsung phone. On top of that they say it needs over a day's time to replace the display and cannot guarantee anything. Got fed up with their BS and decided not to give it to them for service.

I got bad experience from there. There staffs must trained how to behave to custmer. In there Anyone doesn't know polite deals. If any samsung customer need good service should go to another service centre.
