Extremely bad experience from the staff. My phone display was damaged and i submit the phone at the service center. They said that it will take the a maximum of 2 days time. The part was their itself they said. I visited the centre after 2 days , they are not ready to give a proper response . They only started inspecting the phone at that time.... I have been waited for 3 hours to collect my phone.please consider the value for our time..

Very unprofessional. Six counters were open but only two were functioning and that too mostly talking to each other. There were about seven customers waiting and had no clue. The service staff anwer was ," wait, will call you".The AC also wasn't working and though the counters had "speedy service" written, surely there was no service.
I had to go elsewhere for my problem.

Their service is very good and staffs are very helpful. But their store facilities which they provide for the premium customers is not really good.
Rest all I cab give 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
