Navaratri mandapam open to public only during navaratri festival.. historically important place.. attended a concert here... Concerts happens in the evening 6-8:30... We need to be there by 5:30... We are not supposed to go out once we make an entry for concert, until it's finished with deeparadhana....

The Saraswathi devi resides in kuthiramalika for only 11 days, the diety is brought from padmanabhapuram palace once every year during navaratri festival along with kundanimanga and kumara swamy. In the sanctum you can take darshan of lord saraswathi and the thaliyolas (devi mahathmyam).
