Exploitation at its best. No doubt, very good Doctor but now specially after COVID they started charging with their own will with no receipt or anything. Introduced registration fee for a clinic plus consultation fee..? Not an Hospital to charge registration for patient. Forced to buy medicine/drugs from their pharmacy itself with no receipt or bill for drugs which is against the law. At the end of the day you pay sum of 500 to 700 without knowing for what exactly.

Kindly try to review on such explanation again and don’t take patients as granted for your business.

We trust our daughter's well being with Dr. Pradeep. Getting his medical advice and vaccinations since her neo-natal phase. Doctor helped us to get out of probable complications couple of times. His careful assessment and due diligence during diagnosis has built such immense trust for us over the years. We will visit him as long as we are in Trivandrum.

4 stars because of the staff's attitude. Sometimes on par with government hospitals. (not attesting such attitude in govt hospitals though). Also please make ticketing process smoother especially for VSSC employees (via bookmypoticket). It's been bit of a hassle lately.

Very very Cheap Behaviour from the Office Staff.
I am an aged grandmother (Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre/ISRO, Rtd) and I have to consult this Doctor as an Emergency treatment for my grandson. But the Cheap behaviour from the Staff hurt me. Even though the Doctor is Expert & Good, I have to suffer a lot of rude behavior from his Staff. I am forced to STOP the treatment and OPT OUT this Clinic. With Deep mental agony...... .
