I've been practicing yoga at sivananda yoga for about a year now, and I absolutely love it! The studio is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I've taken a variety of classes at Yoga Flow, including Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Hot Yoga, and I've always found the classes to be challenging and rewarding. I especially love the Hot Yoga classes, which are a great way to get a good workout and sweat out all the toxins.

A cheating institution.Before paying fees I had told them personally that had had arthritis problem and I cannot do every asanas. They convinced me that they are giving training for arthritis patients.They taken an amount of 3500/ from me On the day itself the yogateacher made me do difficult asanas.when I told him that I cannot do this exercises ,hemade fun of me and asked" for what you had came here".I do the exercise and got admitted in the hospital the same day itself. I discontinued the class and asked for return amount.They told that they will not return the money.For one class they had taken 3500 from me...

The most irresponsible and worst yoga centre... Waste of time, waste of energy and more of all waste of money. Money making is the only base of this institution. Very bad service also.
