Excellent selection and service from this store.
Frankly, I don't understand why the reviews are bad. I've been a regular customer of Ambiance since the last one year. The staff is very welcoming and courteous, the selection is amazing. I stay in another city for work purposes but whenever I come back home to Kerala, I only visit a few shops to buy clothes and one of them is Ambiance.
Keep up the great work. Will be visiting again.

Ambiance have a lot many collections of dressess but the staffs approach towards customers make us very disappointed and make us hateful for buying things from there anymore very bad experience.. customer service is very poor .. one of the main staff (male) is very disrespectful towards the customers
