In one word i will say: " Many things under one Umbrella" ☔, like Professionalism, an experienced and dedicated coach , who keeps motivates to bring out our potential in a perfectly suitable way according to once body and health condition . You will get opportunity to learn and practice a mix of every Martial art , fitness sessions, individual attention..., Etc . Regardless of any age barrier ( for kids it's above 4 ) any one can join the classes without any doubt with an affordable fees. Its my personal experience from the classes i attended. So i recommend CSJ FIGHT CLUB located at heart of Trivandrum @ Pattom for lovers of fitness and martial arts.

Went there without having much expectations, but man, this place is awesome! You get personal attention from a coach, who is super experienced, very friendly and who knows how to train you both physically and mentally, which is very rare. I normally don't recommend things, but the experience I got from here left me no choice, cause joining here was one of the best decisions of my life so far!!!

Dedicated coach provided clear instructions and support to my kid. As this was his first time in joining any games or fitness class I was worried on how he will cope with the training. Sir was very helpful and modified the training according to his body type and energy level. In three months felt good improvement in kids physique and he felt more energetic. Will definitely recommend this place for fitness and self defense training
