Rooms neat and clean, but no views from room window. Their service is fast. Breakfast buffet had many varieties and was really delicious.

Old dungeon and shabby hotel rooms. We had the worst experience here. I paid 4k for this hotel room which was extremely bad condition. Just because of brand name they getting customers. These kinds dirty rooms we get for 1.5k. Floors are dirty, dirty old towels, dust everywhere, curtains were stained. Room is soo small. I hated my stay here. Kindly avoid this place you can get better hotels for the same price.

Overall, try avoiding it if you can. I'll explain you why !!

Location - The hotel is in prime location at the heart of mysore with many popular tourist attractions such as zoo and palace within walking distance. However, thats it.....????

Services - Although the senior staff is courteous and ready to attend to your issues, the junior staff on duty requires much polishing on etiquette and services.

Stay - The rooms are okiesh and if you fail to remind the housekeeping for getting the room cleaned properly, then they'll just do the bare minimum????u200d♂️

Food - The menu at the buffet is nearly the same all day of the week inspite of the tariff of the hotel being comparable of Vivanta and Le Meridian !!

Tariff - For a 4 star hotel, the tariff is OK, but, the issues with variety of food and lesser trained staff puts down the overall experience.
