Hotels cannot Book without an online booking platform, but the hotel booking agent denied booking without asking a question even after the payment was made. ????????????

Same happened 4 times in a single day With OYO/MakeMyTrip

Room is good and on road. But very poor room service . More over , arrogant behavior from hotel manager. I booked hotel 10 days back & paid total amount, but when reached hotel they refused to give rooms and asked for extra amount. After a lot of arguments, I paid the extra amount. When I asked for the bill, they told me to provide at the time of check-out. In the mean time, I contacted to OYO. OYO's co-operation was excellent. But, hotel manager refused to provide me bill of the extra amount which I paid & behaved very negative way. Overall hotel experience was worst.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Horrible place to stay. I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults each with extra mattresses. They offered a tiny room without extra mattress and insisted to take another room for extra RS:1,500/- though they had bigger rooms available. Also, the linens were not washed, it was full of hairs, stains and dirty. Geyser was not working, bathroom tap was broken. No soaps. Age old dirty towels were provided after requesting multiple times. It was late to find another property so we had no options left.
