Good rooms. Smells funny sometimes. The locations is really good as u have railway station, Bus stand, mysore palace, Mysore Zoo etc nearby. But service is average. U ask them towel, they bring soap, u ask them water they bring u towel. The hotel does not even give glass of empty tea/coffee cups in the room which is pretty much standard. Anyway, average hotel but good location.

Rooms are good but they won't accept OYO app price. If you pay amount on app, you will be at risk. Had to call OYO support after I was denied check in. Support added some complimentary points to hotel account, post which they allowed my check IN without additional charges. Lift didn't work whole night and even in the morning during my stay. It's in the heart of the city and near to many places.

This hotel is really disappointed, we are visitor not fake user. Room was not cleaned, and most dangerous part of this hotel is bathroom door is locked when you are going inside. I was inside in the bathroom since 1 hr, my friends were escaping me. Don’t select this hotel, really disappointed ????
