The rooms are spacious and clean.
The rate is low and we liked the service. One thing worth mentioning is the bathroom.
Customers can use the bathroom with good cleanliness. They clean it so well.
Parking is fine, it's great to get such good rooms in mysore,
Stayed there for the night on the way to Bangalore.
It was good for us to have a tea shop right next door if we came out fresh in the morning.

Good Hotel for transit. Appreciate the fast check-in & out. Car parking is good, a bit of shade would have been nice.

Food was a major let down! Eventually I had a stomach problem on the 3rd day. Bathroom was clean but lacked toiletries. Location is central of the city, close to most of the places. Could be a negative point too, if you are on vacation and not work transit. Outside is dirty, noisy, thankfully none of those could affect the experience inside the room.
The staff, all of them, are courteous, efficient and friendly.
The reason for lowering the stars are: not so good food;
outside is dirty, noisy - market location; restaurant (non-veg) was not good, service suffered due to huge rush. Better to get food in the room but not breakfast. A couple of days stay at most, should be okay. Pool was like a public bath but clean and the entrance was through the restaurant at the roof top.
No privacy, so forget about using it. My kid used it a couple of times.

Very good experience, great service and staff. The rooftop pool is very refreshing and the gym has all of the basic equipment you would find in any other gym. The only reason I’m not giving the hotel 5 stars is because of the WiFi being very bad. The only way to get good reception is by sitting right next to the door to the hallway. Other then that a great hotel!
