I stayed here for 3 days and the overall experience was very beautiful.

The food available in all modes - restaurant, a la carte, and dinner, was very tasty and in good quantity.

The biggest plus point of this hotel is the location. It is so easily accessible from all main tourist locations and the quality of roads nearby is also very good.

We went by own car and had no issue in safety. They had nice parking within the hotel premises.

The rooms were smaller than expected but that was not much of an issue.

Will like to visit again.

This was a great place to visit. But went after covid and this place is in ruins.

Pros:
Service is very good. Staff is nice and we'll trained.

Cons:
The rooms:

The door opening cards could not be programmed because the machine didn't work.

The room was looking very old. May be very less upkeep since covid lockdowns

Very shabby paint job done on the walls.

The bathrooms were all stained and white cement was shabbily put between the tiles. Even an average bathroom would be cleaner.

Had booked 2 rooms, one of the room never got hot water.

Breakfast was good for the 250 amount they usually charge. But overall taste was just okay.

The guy selling the handcraft stuff is very intrusive.

The hotel is at a central location which makes it convenient to move around the city. It is within 2-3 kms from the city bus stand and railway station. The check in is at 2 PM, check out at 12 PM. The hotel has a well maintained lounge. The room was well maintained and had all the basic requirements. I feel the washroom could have better maintenance. It is a decent place to stay, but lacks other amenities such as a club house with games and a swimming pool. The staff are friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a delight with several options and good quality food. The travel desk services were good. Also do pay a visit to the store in the Hotel which has authentic and quality stuffs.
Lunch was alacarte, I feel some more options like Thali can be added. There are several eateries around this hotel. So one can explore many options outside. The hotel is the closest to several sight seeing spots such as the Palace, Lokaranjan Aqua world, Snow city etc. We had a pleasant stay at the Ginger!
