No matter what your age or level of fitness is, going here will definitely improve your physical and mental health. All I've done is show up to the classes, and push myself as far as I can go, and the results are phenomenal.The instructors are knowledgeable, passionate and well accomplished at what they do. Learning experience is worth all the hard work.I an very happy to be a part of AMS.The environment is safe for women. I highly recommend including AMS as a part of your lifestyle.
