Well i visited this store just by accident, but it surprised me well. I loved some of the winter collections and floral T-shirts that they had for men. The staff was very helpful and made some good recommendations. The price was affordable compared to some other stores in Orion mall. The men's slippers section deserves an award as they have the coolest collections and i couldn't move without picking a pair.
What i loved the most was home collections, they had unique designs that were at most affordable prices, i spent almost an hour in this section buying some cool home collections. The candle holders were just fantastic, the jute bags were super cute, the artificial flowers were so attractive. Overall, this was my favourite section. At the end u came back home as a happy customer.

It is a mixed feeling. Styling options and pricing are good. Hence, there is a lot of rush on the weekends. A very big que at the trial rooms. The worst part is the wait for billing. Some counters are not working. The people need to be trained over quick billing. I regret shopping here due to this billing.

Had visited WESTSIDE showroom situated in ORION MALL on 23rd October 2022.
My heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Pratibha Ma’am who took out time and helped me personally in selecting my outfits with utmost patience, understanding and care. It’s a very rare gesture and truly appreciate it. Thank you Pratibha Ma’am ????.
There was an issue with my billing with regards to the coupon, must say that I was blessed and lucky to have an another person, Pushpa Lata Ma’am at the billing counter who made my day as she patiently resolved my issue.Thank you Pushpa Lata Ma’am ????
Ended up buying more than what I bargained for due to these 2 beautiful ladies at WESTSIDE at Orion Mall????
This is my 2nd review of the store.
Visited WESTSIDE @ORION MALL on 28th June .The store looked very beautiful with fresh collections.
Due to Sushmita my shopping felt like a breeze. Very polite and helpful.
Even at the cash counter Nagaveni was prompt and did my billing without any hassle.
