By visiting this highly hyped rameshwaram cafe in town, what will i say????, it left me somewhat disappointed. While the place received rave reviews, the excessive use of ghee in nearly everything on the menu was a major drawback
Don't get me wrong i appreciate the richness that ghee can bring to Indian cuisine, but in this case, it was overpowering. It felt like every dish was swimming in a pool of ghee, making it heavy and difficult to enjoy. The heavy-handed use of this ingredient masked the natural flavors of the vegetables and spices
Apart from the ghee overload, the menu had promise. The variety of south indian vegetarian options was impressive, and the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing. However, the taste didn't match up to the expectations set by the hype.

Fluffy buttery crispy yummy masala dosa's. Soft fluffy podi thatte idli. Must try Masala dose, Ghee pudi thatte idli. Dosa was poured with ghee n podi, that's when the crispy texture n color comes. Amazing food to try ones in a while, not every now n then. It is always crowded, try to reach early in the mornings for the best experience.
