Confusing Charges, Unprofessional Behavior.

Yesterday, I visited the store to purchase a product called Noa. I made it clear to the attendant that I wanted a clear breakdown of the charges before making a decision.

Initially, the attendant informed me that the making charges were set at 21%. I expressed my concern about this being quite high, to which he quickly responded by lowering it to 16%. I agreed to this revised percentage and requested him to write down the calculation on a piece of paper for me.

During this process, a senior staff member joined the conversation. While they were writing down the calculations, both individuals suddenly changed their stance, claiming that the correct percentage was not 16%, but rather 17%. I insisted that they provide me with the written details.

Once I received the paper with the calculations, I reviewed them and realized that it still did not align with the stated 17% figure. I pointed this out to the senior staff member, who then stated that the accurate percentage would be 17.8%. Frustrated by their inconsistent and unprofessional behavior, I decided to leave the store.

BEAWARE about Unethical and Unfair Practice, Asking for Higher Making Charge than actual and not providing the slotted discount stating it is based on slab whereas the slotted %age is clearly mentioned in their website on the same product.

The Koramangala Shop is much better amd variety of Stocks.

Being a regular customer , I know that they had more to offer but this time it was bit less in stock. But they have beautiful collection in bridal jewellery.
