Staffs are friendly and helpful! Liked their services too. The earrings collection is average but I can understand the reason as it's limited capacity being inside a mall. Having said that for the size of the shop it's still good. Bought 2 pairs of earrings and left the shop with happy experiences. Thanks

My would be and I were looking for a perfect engagement ring. We had tried other gold shops but didn’t get what we were looking for and finally decided to go to Malabar. The hype is real! To start with are the myriad of options that you will find. While it definitely has a huge collection and designs available for women, surprisingly they also have a good collection for men, which is hard to find. Being a first time self purchaser of gold and diamonds, we were quite confused, that’s where the commendable service staff comes into picture. Mr. Cyril, was extremely patient, he was with us for more than two hours when we were trying to decide what would suit our styles. He was kind enough to explain each details of how to look of the quality, what style might suit, explain the cost break-up, he even put in an effort to explain how golds differ and what would lose the shine. We wanted to show our selected designs to our parents and were struggling to find a network which took even longer for us to decide. If it would have been a different store the staff would have just left us hanging there, but that was not the case here. Mr. Cyril didn’t not take up any other customers and was focused on just us. That’s the kind of service you would expect from a reputed establishment. And that’s what we got. Happy with our choice and extremely happy and thankful for the service provided by Mr. Cyril.
