I bought my Berkenstock a month back and came here to exchange. Ahmed the store Manager agreed that this a defect piece. Yet he said he could not exchange and I needed to courier my Berkenstock to company and tried to just getting me out of the store with weird reasons such as we are only a month old store and CANNOT EXCHANGE.
Pathetic customer service.

I loved the place and the hospitality they had to offer,
Especially the Employee named Ahmed was very supportive and helped me in my entire store purchase .
We legit need employees as Ahmed in every store around..

Fantastic service from Lossiiii!!!!, Can't believe she is that focused in her work, she is the best I've ever seen, not even kidding. Life was so much easier though.
