The heating rod was not getting heated up after three four times of usage. I have given it to service and it's been more than a month that they haven't serviced or returned the product. They r telling it was sent via courier before 8 days n that it is delivered. But i haven't received d straightener yet. They do not proactively get back to me and I hv to call them every time to get an update, sometimes they do not even pick ur calls.

The explanation about the product and practical demo how it works is really damn good by JYOTHI at FORUM MALL BENGALURU ., my cousin is satisfied with the product and service and the price of the LAXERA HAIR STRAIGHTENER WITH TITANIUM PLATES. Thanks a lot to JYOTHI for suggesting us such a great product because we were actually planning to buy straightener with ceramic plates., but the product we got is way better than that with a nominal variation in price.

I would not comment on the product as i did not purchase any. But they do cheat people by calling for free trail and then make you do full hair curling or straightening and charge for that. And they do sell their products for lower prices , i dont know its real or duplicate. Staffs are so witty please dont fall in trap.
