Crowded and with the Office of the Sub-Registrar now in the complex, ancillary support for that is very high. Other businesses have diminished.

A visit to this place will make you feel you have gone back 25 years in time. The design and maintenance of the complex has been frozen in time.
This is very popular hub for anything related to legal / RTO / etc related work, although there are few other shops also.
