Extremely pathetic treatment with the customers. Had ordered from Zomato and got stale food.The food was smelly and was pathetic. I called the restaurant, they put me on hold for a long time and then disconnected. When complained in Zomato they called up saying bring the food back we'll see if it's really stale ( which I did, just to let them know it was really stale) then they outright denied that it was stale and then started fighting. Let aside apologies they did not even bother to be courteous. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

The biryani was pathetic and the staff too.
On calling and complaining the resturant, the staff just replied " don't order from next time" and disconnected the call.
On calling again they did not receive the call.
This is so unprofessional. Please do not order.

In addition to above staff was complaining that they get paid too less so does that mean that consumers should compromise on that?
On asking the name, the call was disconnected and they did not pick up again.
Not sure how the rating is 3.9
Should be 1

Being one of the oldest customer here I can assure you the quality of food in this price range is great. The kitchen staffs and counter staffs are always welcoming and pleasing.
