Pathetic service...room service will not entertain, services will be delayed...
500 Rs thali looks like a road side 100 rs thali...tasteless and cold served...
Will not listen to complaint and will say this is their normal procedure, you should have checked before ordering...no one will really bothered although I used to stay on a regular basis...
You have to wait very long for a small orders...
Not worthy of staying again..

Location wise good...Cleaniness and hygiene well maintained in rooms and hotel...need to require paste control in bathroom/toilet...Restaurant ambience was awesome...food quality and taste was good...need to add varieties of breakfast in buffet...hotel need to provide atleast 1 liter complimentary water per guest...overall stay was good...

Good Hotel , Good ambience, Good food. Only drawback what I observed, Reception should have more knowledge & proactive on local tour guidance and booking tour agent in competitive prices. Resturant REEF is too good.
