Most clumsy/ unorganised Trends outlet.
I am talking about the outlet at Olympus Mall, Ranchi.

They must arrange goods , increase support staff.

This is not the place where you find your product easily. ????????????????????????

Pathetic experience. The staffs were arguing among themselves, horrible customer service, most of them were not interested doing their job, when i went for billing the billing could not be done as the product information was not updated. Thought the collection was decent but due to their customer service, one would not like to visit there again.

The owner should change the staffs, it's high time.

There are some points which I want to highlight and those are the dress which i have selected does not have inventory record during billing of that cloth so they were telling that I cannot purchase, so it caused customer harrasment and lastly I want to highlight that there is so much suffocation, so there should also be a provision of air conditioner also.... please look into the matter seriously ????????????
