The overall vibe is very good. Toys are very good for unborn babies. They were so nice that they sold a small girl barbie to us as well.

Very disappointing customer service: I had ordered this ride-on car for my small brother. After it was delivered, I called the customer care mutiple times, dropped emails but I was only told to wait for the technician who would come and fix the car. After a lot of delay, we decided to take a call and assemble it ourselves. Even though we did it, there was no responsibility taken by Hamleys to provide the assistance we required. It may sound very simple but was very exhausting to keep calling the customer care only to hear disappointment. Even though my brother rode the toy car today, my joint family celebrated it like a festival and all's well but so much could have been avoided if Hamleys had served us better.
