It's a great experience
First of all,I am into fitness and a university level sportsperson I have been never knew the exact water level , skeleton mass, minerals percentage, mussle mass and uper body strength and lower body's strengths.
Visiting shekfit with morden equipment and 15 years of experience professional Mr.shekhar meghwal after after that I knew everything with a profer data and analysis, but more to learn
Overall now I can monitor my improvement scientifically that I can grow more
