Have my 3rd sad experience with this outlet. Tried to purchase for an amount of 700...having two coupons worth Rs.500...like everytime the owner this time also reacted like I have asked for his personal property for free...he didn't accept coupons mentioning various technical reasons...unlike other outlets in other Indian cities where they accept it happily prioritizing customer satisfaction. However, this time the owner has kept the 2 coupons for the sake of checking...no idea what he intends do with it. Let's see.
Since the taste of BR flavours have been always great...thats why 1 star to it considering all the inconveniences happened.

Iam very happy . The taste of BR’s icecream is yummy and delicious. I became a big fan of BRs. But it costly.flavour also good.
I have bought Baskin-Robins a many times and it tastes really good and has a very rich flavour. It’s packaging is also pretty good. Me and my kids enjoy eating Baskin-Robins alot specially the ’Cotton Candy’ and ’Chocolate Royal Mousse’. The shops are also really well organised and clean. They have sitting facilities too. Baskin-Robins have a bunch of varitey of flavours. At current Baskin-Robin has thirty-two floavours. Plus not only they sell ice-cream but also cakes and milkshakes. It is quite costly but as I have said before it tastes really amazing and you won’t regret having it, infact you will crave for more.
