Its best to visit when tulips are blooming from March end to April 3rd week. Its little far away from Srinagar city center so not so crowded and there are so many varieties of tulips.
They have arranged it properly and you will take around 2 hours to explore the garden. Also you can experience beautiful sunset. There are terrace system here, so have slopes to climb to reach the top position in order to see properly blooming tulips.
